William Saliba

William Saliba was outstanding as Arsenal beat Manchester United at Old Trafford.

David Raya not always convincing, dropped one cross in the first half and slipped when trying to cover a declan Rice error.

William Saliba, always a mark of how good a player is when you start to truely panic if he goes down injured.

Saliba went down clutching his back in the first half, Arsenal will be happy he got straight back up.

william did not give Hojlund an inch all through the game and showed his class with a superb tackle on Garnacho.

Gabriel, typically solid display from the Brazillian, a sign of  the reputation he’s got that Hojlund looked to target Saliba.

Takehiro Tomiyasu, a couple of moments were he loss concentration , one of which nearly allowed Antony in.

Manchester United were blunt back on home soil, they remain in eighth place and are an outside to qualify for Europe.

Despite United starting well and actually seeing more of the ball, Arsenal went in front midway through the first half. That is, arsenal win first half.

Casemiro was caught way out of position and kai Havertz was able to race in down the right and deliver a cross for Trossard.

There wasn’t much more quality to shout about from either side in the second half, Declan Rice had a shot blocked and Martin Odegaard’s effort.

Manchester United weren’t creating enough openings despite their territorial dominance but went close only to fire into the side-netting.

Substitute Gabriel Martinelli then forced a fine save out of Onana having been give apt room into the United box.

Onana was again on hand to prevent the Gunners going two up when he clawed away a header from teammate.

Arsenal rode out six minutes of added time to take all three precious point back to north London.
